Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class or session for a full (100%) refund for any reason, call us 24-hours in advance. If an emergency comes up out of your control within 12-hours of the class time and it is cancelled or rescheduled, half (50%) of the class fee will be billed. Less than 12-hours notice of cancellation or reschedule for any reason will result in a full (100%) charge. This is to ensure adequate space and time for both myself and clients. This does not apply to Virtual Group Classes - Unlimited monthly or Packages. To cancel a monthly membership, please send written notice by email at least 5 days before the last day of the month. Packages of classes of any duration can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Once purchased and the 48 hour window passes, classes may only be rescheduled if you are unable to attend. Please follow the 24 hour reschedule policy described above per individual sessions/classes. If rescheduled within 12 hours, due to emergency outside of your control, the session/class can be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. This only applies to packages. New Clients, Packages and Membership Policies: Any 5 class Packs, 10 class packs, and monthly subscriptions are only available to current clients. If you are a new client, please book a single new client private session or book the Intro To the Studio Package of three (3) sessions. Behavior Guidelines: No rude or inappropriate behavior is allowed at the studio, at In-Home sessions, virtual session or during the booking process. Any session, package or subscriptions may be cancelled by the studio at the owners discretion for behavior that is inhospitable. Workout attire should be worn.
